I've had this lamp for about a week now, and I absolutely love it! I've been curious about the efficacy of light therapy for some time now, and I can say that I'm already starting to feel its effects. I love that it comes with multiple light and warmth settings, and holy cow does this thing shine bright! It's also a convenient compact size (and comes with a nice protective sleeve), so it's travel-friendly. I use it for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon just when it starts to get dark, and I find it really helps to regulate my circadian rhythm and overall mood throughout the day. Great product all-around, for a great price. I highly recommend it.

I love this product, it's very portable and works great. I did have to figure out where the on and off switch was (on top). This comes with a case to protect it from scratches and other light damage when traveling with it. I also love that I'm able to adjust the color (LUX./color tempature) I would highly recommend this product for a great smaller daylight lamp. My mom has a different brand and it's huge, like a old box TV (not very portable). I feel this is just as effective as hers and not too much smaller than her light screen. The only thing I would recommend to the makers of this product is to have a pouch or place to put the cord to plug in on the travel pouch. Other than that it's an amazing product!!!

I'm writing this review after having this light therapy lamp for a year. I decided to get this in 2020 when a few weeks before winter began, my seasonal depression started to kick in. I knew I had to try something that would hopefully make me feel better since I would always have seasonal depression. I read some things about light therapy and thought I would give it a try. I looked on Amazon, found this product, saw the great reviews, and how many different features there were, especially the different light settings (in case I didn't like the white light). I then decided to get it. When I started using it, I saw a little bit of difference, but when I started using it during the weekdays (and occasionally on the weekends) for 15 minutes, I felt a lot better. I didn't really experience any depression like I usually would, I wasn't crying like I usually would, and I didn't have very low moments, so I honestly do think this has helped me with my seasonal depression and my mental health in general. It's still part of my routine today and has continued to help me. Currently this product is unavailable, but if it becomes available again, I highly recommend you try it. Thank you for this product.

I recently attended a virtual seminar about S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) where it was suggested that lamp therapy is excellent in helping improve your mood. With the challenges of Covid and now winter being here where it gets dark early and the weather being cold and dreary, I thought it would be a great idea to get a light therapy lamp and try it out. Well simply put, I love this product!. After careful review, I choose this product because of the multiple features, quality and the nice carrying case that is included. The timer is great because you can set that not worry about having to turn it off and on and also the multiple brightness and color "temperature" controls. I can use this lamp in either the horizontal or vertical position as well.

I start it in the morning on a 30 minute times, on the least bright setting, as I wake up more I brighten the light and by the time I’m on the second or 3rd brightness, 15 minutes have passed and I feel like I can no longer stay in the bed. I usually lay in bed for an hour without it. It helps me get up faster and be more productive, sometimes less tired throughout the day as well.

I received this very quickly. It came safely packaged in a good box, and includes a nice soft suede case when not in use. The directions were very easy to follow. I have been enjoying the soft light on my desk, near my laptop. I am impressed with the construction. I love how easy it is to change the brightness and from white light to a softer warm light, which is the one I prefer. It is very easy to use, and I plan to use it regularly every day, since I suffer from SAD during the winter months. I am very happy with this little light, and highly recommend it. :-)

This little thing is BRIGHT! Like wow... it packs a lot light in such a compact device. I took my review photo in the middle of the night in my otherwise pitch black office just to show how bright this lamp is. I prefer warm hues and the warm temperature on this lamp is perfect, and you can adjust the light intensity throughout the day. Haven’t tried out the timer function yet as I use this as needed. It came with a neat travel pouch, might be cool for ppl who need to commute to work.

I am so glad I purchased this light. I've been in a slump for months. With the gloom of winter, Christmas, birthdays and life in general with the Covid isolation, I was unmotivated and couldn't sleep at night. When I saw this light I knew I needed to try it. The light arrived in a couple of days, packed well I like all the features of the timer and adjustable brightness. I enjoy my morning coffee sitting with the light on just to the side of me while I watch the morning news. My life is now changed. I am motivated during the day and I find I'm getting much better sleep I recommend this light to anyone struggling with similar issues, especially now. For the price you can't go wrong. When things get better you can safely take it with you in the included case
