Classic Accessories Water-Resistant 30 Inch Round Fire Pit Cover, Patio Furniture Covers

I first bought this exact same cover in 2018. Over that time, it has kept my fire pit dry and rust-free. After six years, the color had faded significantly, but it kept doing what it was supposed to do. I recently discovered cracks in the surface that would allow water to enter, but after six years, I don’t consider that a flaw…I live in the Southwest where the sun is intense. I ordered another one just like the first one. It fits snugly over my fire pit and completely covers it all the way to the feet. My fire pit is 29.5” in diameter, and 22.5” tall (from the ground to the top of the domed screen). The drawstring along the bottom is a nice feature, but it fits snugly enough that I’ve never really needed it.

This is my second purchase of this exact product for my fire pit - the first one lasted 6.5 years outside In wind, rain, sleet, snow, full sun and many on and offs - this year it looked rather faded and had developed a couple of thin spots in the cover material - it’s a great product so I opted to purchase another exact one due to its toughness yet classy look.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great fit

This product is in good quality and holds up to harsh weather very well. We purchased it in Summer 2017, and it has been covering our outdoor fire pit for over a year. We live in Denver, Colorado where UV light is strong, and the weather is very dry. In Spring we have strong wind and hail, and in winter we experience cold freezes and heavy snow. It is a challenging weather for outdoor furniture and fabric. From our experience during the first 15 months, this cover is truly water resistant and crack resistant. We have heavy rain storms once a while and in winter we let snow on the cover melt on its own, never had moisture in the ash inside the fire pit. There is not a single leak/crack on it. The string around the perimeter helps the cover to stay on during strong winds, a feature we appreciate. The material feels the same as the day it came - it did not become brittle like other outdoor plastic/fabric. The only wear we noticed is the color - it is no longer true black but faded into a gray. I think it might have been the UV's fault. It might hold better in other climates. Overall we are very satisfied with the product. I am excited to see how many years it serves us.

I'm writing this review to help out those who are looking to use this for a Landmann deep fire pit. The review is on first impressions and fit, and it has not yet been exposed to any real weather. If the cover ends up less than I bought this cover to use with this firepit: Landmann USA 28347 Big Sky Fire Pit, Wildlife, Black First, the cover does fit the Landmann pit almost perfectly. It stretches over nicely and has some elasticity to help keep it tight. I've included a picture so you can see how it covers. While it covers most of the bowl, 3 to 4 inches along the bottom are left bare, along with the legs. It doesn't seem like much of an issue to me. Also note that cover has elastic straps for four legs, and since this Landmann pit only has three legs, only one of the straps can be used, but again, in my opinion, not a big deal. As for the material, it's a nice light to medium gauge canvas cover that feels durable. the underside is plastic lined that I could see cracking in the cold (although it says right on the box that it won't crack). I would expect it to last at least at least 2-3 years in Jersey weather, but we'll have to wait and see on that. At $21, it's a good cover.

Exactly what I was looking for. It’s well made and so far so good.

Just bought a second one. The first one lasted seven years in the sun, which is a pretty good run for a product that costs $16. Keeps water out of the fire pit. Color fades over time, but it still does the job.

After a few days of rain. The cover is holding up. It has a scrunch at the bottom of the cover so it hugs the fire pit really nice. It’s definitely not flying off of my pit even after heavy winds and I say that with confidence. I would definitely buy it again when I get another pit ! Worth the money.

Arrived in great shape and fits our fire pit just right. Our old cover was ripped and this was much better then the last one we had. I would recommend this.

The cover arrived very quickly and it is everything we wanted , fits perfectly and made of strong waterproof fabric . Would certainly recommend this cover , we are very happy with our purchase.
