I don't make smoothies without this stuff
Two level tablespoons in a full blender-load of differernt kinds of smoothiwa I make, this adds a very pleasing thickness and nourishment for the brain (myelin sheath). with no discernible taste. The granular form dissipates as it mixes and adds wonderful texture with nutritive value. If you can tolerate soy, this is really good stuff and very cost-effective. No refrigeration needed.

Great taste
Tastes delicious and very golden color. I mix it with ground flax seed chia seed and hemp seed. An excellent mixture for health.

I love Fearn's lecithin granules
Lecithin is naturally gummy, so what you don't drink will stick to your drinking glass and can't just be rinsed out. It takes a little detergent and some rubbing with your finger or a sponge. It comes out easily. There is no odor. We rely on it for brain health, have for years.

Wish it was organic
Second time purchasing this item from this company. Could not find organic 'granules' and did not want 'powder' so bought this one again. The taste was consistent compared to a few years ago; I just eat it right out of the container, do not mix it with anything. I think it's tasty on its own and I buy it for when my hiatal hernia/gerd acts up. I also use liquid sunflower lecithin but cannot find sunflower granules for some reason. The only reason I'm giving this one 4 stars is that it is not organic.

Good in smoothies
I use it in my smoothie. It adds loft, not taste.

Incredible. Everyone should eat this for many reasons (unless you're allergic to soy!)
This product is pretty astounding, really. Given the price, it accomplishes a lot. There are few to no people who would not benefit from adding this product into their lives.First, it is an excellent source of polyunsaturated fats. To quote the American Heart Association: "Polyunsaturated fats can help reduce bad cholesterol levels in your blood which can lower your risk of heart disease and stroke. They also provide nutrients to help develop and maintain your body’s cells. Oils rich in polyunsaturated fats also contribute vitamin E to the diet, an antioxidant vitamin most Americans need more of."Secondly, it is a great source of choline and phosphydatylcholine, both of which improve cognitive function and help prevent cognitive decline. This is also a good source of phosphatides, which, along with choline, provide a boost to any nootropes you might happen to be taking. DMAE is a good cheap nootrope that I strongly recommend pairing with this product if you want your brain to start firing on all cylinders.Thirdly, it functions as an emulsifier that can aid in both the metabolization of fat and the absorption of nutrients. The reason I'm excited about this, though, as an athlete, is that this product contains 1200mg of phosphatidic acid per serving. Phosphatidic acid has just recently become in vogue in the supplement world as it has been shown to activate mTor signaling and promote leaner body mass. See "Phosphatidic acid enhances mTOR signaling and resistance exercise induced hypertrophy" (Published online Jun 16, 2014) for one of the many scientific studies that have demonstrated this. mTor is the signal to your body to create skeletal muscle tissue, and additionally has become the focus of some cancer-preventative studies. This is good news for everyone, especially since phosphatidic acid supplements average over sixty dollars for a four-week supply, and this is seven dollars for a higher dosage with more benefits for the same number of servings.Anyway, this stuff tastes good, too. I just eat it straight and forgo mixing it with things, but the creamy texture leads me to believe it would be fantastic in oatmeal, smoothies, ice cream, and all kinds of other highly-liquid foodstuffs.
