At one point, the screw holding the retention system in place came loose, causing my CZ P01 to fall out. But, after a quick and easy tighten, the problem never happened again. It was a minor hiccup that didn't significantly impact my overall experience with the holster.The comfort factor is a bit of a mixed bag. It's not the most comfortable holster I've ever worn, but it gets the job done. After wearing it for a while, I did get used to it.
