Best fit after so many disappointments!
I needed this garment for post surgical compression, and honestly it took 4 brands, and multiple sizing to finally find the right fit for me. I have bigger shoulders than most women, and struggle to find shirts that won’t dig into my under arms. I’ve purchased all 3 styles from Brabic, and the full breast coverage, tends to fit the best with needed compression and comfort.I also purchased the 3/4 sleeve open breast in a large, the shoulders tend to slip off, and the arm pit seams dig into your skin. The 3/4 sleeve in and large vs full sleeve in a large tend to run slightly different. The 3/4 sleeves run a little tighter, I’d say about 1/2 inch. But overall the material is so soft and comfortable. Brabic os cost effective, and gives similar compression to expensive medical garments. If you’re having arm lipo, you’ll need 2 garments, one for post swelling the first 2 weeks, and one for weeks 3 and beyond. Plus it helps to rotate them so you can wash and stay clean to reduce infection. Hope this helps ladies!5’7’ 185lbsBack size 36DDArm size 14 inches

Great compression garment especially after surgery
This garment is very well made. It is soft and silky yet offers very firm support. I purchased it for my arm lift surgery as the one I was sent home with after surgery was a rather abrasive material. It is true to size, a medium was perfect for me- I’m 5’7” and 136 lbs. The arms are snug as I need after the surgery. It has a little bra support and lift too. This is all I will wear for the next several weeks under my clothes. Thank you for a great product!

Well made and comfortable but you might need to order down a size
If you are buying this to wear after brachioplasty, you will probably need a smaller size than the guidance on the website suggests because the arms may not be tight enough. I followed the guidance on the website (I wear a size 38C bra and bought the XL). I found that I needed to fasten the bra part on its smallest setting. Also, the arms are not tight enough to offer much compression. (I tried on a couple of different compression garments, and the sleeves on the others were all tighter than the sleeves on this one) I think I will keep it because it is comfortable, but I am planning to alter the seams on the arms to make the upper part of the arms fit more tightly.

Move comfortably
Perfect for my wife after her surgery. Much more affordable than purchasing through doctors office and better quality based on my wife's opinion. She found it to be more supportive. Easy to put on and material was great. She recommended this to s friend who had similar surgery and she was happy as well.

A Bit Frustrating
Fabric is soft and silky allowing for ease of putting on a blouse, sweater, etcCan be a little tricky to put on.The final look can be a bit of a uni-boobCan be worn with or without a bra. However if with a bra, it’s extra layers possibly making wearing a bit confiningCenter can have a tendency to push outwards making some tops to not be smooth lookingThe biggest drawback to this style of Brabic—-there are 9 very small vertical hook and eyes to fasten while stretching/pulling together. Was fairly difficult to line up hook/eyes due to size of hook/eyes, being older (late 60’s). A perfect storm for possible frustration.

Fits amazing!
I’m not a small woman. I’m not Lizzo sized, but I’m also not a 20th century runway model 😂 My arms have “bat wings” as I like to call them, pretty strong muscle underneath but I am trying to get the skin to cooperate with shrinking with weight loss. With the right lymph draining body oil this is supposed to work good to help firm the arms, and help assist with lymph drainage in the arms and chest area. So far I do feel the difference in lymph drainage, though I imagine visible results will take some time. I like that the hooks are adjustable as I need to size down over time for weight loss. I am also fond of the fact that this looks nice under clothing and helps me to look nice in a dress without my “bat wings” wiggling all over the place, also helps to look modest too.

Just right, not tight!
Making this purchase was difficult, I was just not sure what size would fit me best. Some of the picture reviews helped, but too many ladies left off what size they actually are when saying what size they bought. I am a 42B/C and I bought the XXL. I love the fit. Slightly snug but gives just enough to keep the support without binding. Definitely keeps the batwing flaps in check. My only complaint is not actually with the garment, but with my cushion just under the bra. The bra fits nicely but stops short of holding in that little spare tire just above what would be a muffin gut. Adding another 2-3” down would be a support blessing, but I suppose losing those extra pounds would be even more beneficial. Anyway, I am rather picky and I must say I am pleased with the quality and fit of this undergarment. 42B/C -XXL

Great compression garment
If you are looking for a compression garment post surgery, this one is great. By far the softest fabric I have found. Granted, the compression isn't as good as the one the doctor will give you, this is more for week 3 through 6 of recovery.it's a great price and feels good on the skin.
