Short Satin Gloves - Child Size (4 - 7, White)

I purchased these gloves for my 4 year old's birthday to go along with her new princess dress. I was incredibly impressed with the quality and the fit. She is a petite little thing and the size 4-7 fit her perfectly, with enough stretch to fit for a couple years. -- That being said, although I've not tried them on my seven year old, I don't think they would fit her . . . maybe, but I don't think so. I was worried that perhaps they would get really dirty and then be impossible to keep clean, however after several weeks of heavy wear (they were filthy), I washed them in the sink with hot water and hand soap and EVERYTHING came right off and they were good as new. I was impressed. Every little princess needs a nice pair of white gloves . . . just so nice to find ones that you can also keep looking nice.

These gloves are great. I gave only four stars because they are very small. I don't think many seven year olds out there could wear these. My daughter is a petite five and they just fit her, maybe even a bit small. At least she can get her hands in there and she enjoys wearing them. I'm glad they aren't loose, I just don't think they are for anyone much older than five, and a small five at that. I know three year olds that could wear them well.

My daughter has not worn these for a length of time yet. Therefore I cannot speak to the durability of these gloves. However, I can say that they appear to be well made. The material is nice and does not appear to cheap. They have a good stretch. I am glad I bought these gloves. The real test will be if they hold up in the washer.

These seem to fit mostly okay. A couple of fingers are longer than my daughter's, but I wasn't expecting a perfect fit for this price.I was, however, expecting a product that wouldn't wear quite so quickly. She opened these last night, wore them for about 30 minutes, and wore them off and on for about an hour or so today. She's using them for "dress up" so it isn't like she's using them to rough play in, but the smooth satin is now all full of frays and pills. I've watched her gently take them off (like Queen Elsa in Frozen - one finger at a time) so I don't know what's causing the wear (she tried using her teeth when she first got them, and that did account for one finger's fraying). They might be nice for a one-time wear like a flower girl or costume party, but don't expect them to last more than one short wearing.

These fit well and are fine. My daughter says that they are comfortable. A little bit more plain than we might order next time.

They cover her hands, and she feels "Fancy!" Yep, they do the trick! So far they have assisted in becoming the Queen of Fazlandia, A world renowned Magician, and for their final show, they will be drizzling flower petals in front of the Bride-to-Be.
