GU carbs best way to start workouts and finish strong
Simple to use. GU probably get carb source prior to workout. I am an Orange Theory member I consume a GU packet before my high intensity workout. I like my performance, I generally don’t eat much before workout. I lean on GU, it hasn’t let me down. Various flavors and great quality/value

Great Products, incorrect contents
The product is amazing, as always. The packaging of the contents was the issue this time. The variety pack advertises four flavors with six gels for each flavor. Instead there were five flavors: 5 Raspberry Lemonade, 5 Lemon Sublime, 5 Birthday Cake, 5 Strawberry Banana, and 4 Campfire S'mores. This variety pack was purchased as a sampler pack for several people to try. Being the contents were changed, not everyone got to try every flavor (we had all tried the Raspberry Lemonade before), which was disappointing. Alas, the products are all amazing. Campfire S'mores and Lemon Sublime were my favorite flavors.
