Measurements: 19"L x 12"W x 2"H Other: How to season and care for your cast-iron skillet: Though the pan comes pre-seasoned for a non-stick surface, we recommend re-seasoning prior to first use for optimal benefits. To re-season your pan, wash with hot, soapy water and towel dry immediately. Cover your oven tray with a sheet of aluminum foil to catch grease and heat oven to 350 degrees. Then coat pan lightly with vegetable oil or melted shortening, and bake upside down for one hour. Once you have seasoned it for the first time, do not wash with soap again or put in dishwasher. Ongoing care: After cooking, wash with a coarse sponge or nylon brush and hot water only. Dry immediately with a towel or on a heated stove. Do not allow to soak in water. Re-season every few months as needed.

WOW
Did not expect much from this pan but WOW I have had this on and another expensive brand and this one competes with that one no problems, easy to clean and get set up for next time, I can take mine out of the cupboard and heat it up immediately crack eggs in there and watch them slide, very nice.

A little salt & oil put in oven at 450 for a hour. Do this a few time as you use it & it will really be pre-seasoned.Comes pre-seasoned, but nor "really"

Got this for my husband and he loves it! So easy to clean (just heat and wipe with water after cooling).

Thumbs DOWN!
Did not like this product at all. It doesn't feel or look like the older ones from the 80's. It rusted even though I followed the instrucrions. I also purchased 2 as gifts and my nieces were not happy.

Better off just get it from the mall to be sure of the quality
Somewhat dangerous sharp unfinished edge, thin rim at the handle areas and uneven frying surface.I was expecting much better quality than this. Not happy with it.

I'm used to cast iron skillets with surfaces that have been polished, at least somewhat. This is not the case with this skillet, it's got a rough, black surface that will shred anything that's not built like a flank steak.

Love the cast iron
We switched to cast iron for the health benefits vs non stick cookware. I couldn't be happier with it. They are easy to clean after they are seasoned.

Needs better quality control
It was ok i had to get two first one came broken the handle is to thin. 2nd one was in decent shape. It's just not consistent but if you get a good one its amazing

Easy to use & clean
Very nice size, easy to clean with a damp cloth. The only negative is because of the pans thickness, it is quite heavy

Bueno bonito barato y de muy buen tamaño.
Exelente sartén, muy pesado y guarda bien el calor, asegurence de curarlo, lavando lo y al fuego, después un poco de aceite en toda la superficie y dejen enfriar.
