These are top-quality vitamins.

There’s no aftertaste/taste to these vitamins that I have noticed - I don’t really think that’s a thing for vitamin d. They are tiny and super easy to swallow. I enjoy that the ingredients are clean and I would say this is a good quality vitamin.

All I can say is that my labs are up to normal with supplementation. I have no side effects or adverse reactions. I could not tell you if the addition of Coconut oil and MCT actually does anything. Simple gel cap. No taste. No texture. Normal size - not too big or small.
