I am one of the few shoppers who actually read the Terms of Service and Privacy Agreements for the mobile apps that accompany the hardware. Although the hardware seemed quite accurate, the servers and all my personal health data were housed in and governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. After the January '21 "60 Minutes" segment on how China is stockpiling the personal, health and DNA of their own and the rest of the world's population. Amazon should reveal mobile app before sale so shoppers can really weigh where their data is stored & used.

I have been using this for a month and half now. To change to American hit the button that is circle on the bottom. Wish the instructions said that but they don't. The application is a breeze to use, just have to play with it using trial and error. It keeps track as well on the app and seems accurate when I tried other scales at the doctor and gym. I recommend this scale for the year 2021.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like how it easily connects with the app and is very easy to use as well. I did not even scale would be so helpful but it is definitely kept me on track with my weight goals as well as providing valuable information about BMI and all the other technical things that come along with body weight and mass.

I find the language that the app uses to describe me and my body is quite hurtful. To tell me that I’m “far from my goal weight”, indicate I’m “over nourished”, and to call my body type ”beefy” is just plain rude. Why is any of that necessary? It does give an accurate measurement, but the makers need to realize that not everyone is a “skinny mini” who has been working out all of their lives. As a recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic at age 62 looking to improve myself the scale app body shaming me is not at all helpful. Shame on the app designer. I have since returned this product for a refund.

Works as expected, app provides lots of great data. There are four metal contacts that somehow measure via electrical conductance a lot of body metrics. Apparently I have 17.8% body fat, for example... this will be very helpful in my new fitness odyssey. The app tracks these metrics each time you use the scale and the app and so you can say with really informed consent that you’re letting yourself go when you do.

I am so happy that I ordered this scale. It is truly a great way to track so many of your body metrics. I am addicted to it now. It helps me stay on track with my nutrition and exercise. Scale was very light weight and easy to use. Even has a printed barcode for your convenience to download the app. I loved it so much, I bought a second one as a gift for someone I care about and want them to be healthy. I might be getting more soon for gifts! its a great product!

This is the best scale I've ever had. I love all the readouts I get with my app. It keeps track of your weight loss over time. And also tells you how much water weight you have and how much water is in your body. It even tells you how many calories you burn if you don't do anything that day and helps you get to where your resting calories become higher to help you burn fat. My favorite is that it tells you your metabolic age. I have to work on mine. I'm only 75, but my metabolic age is 105. I got to work on that!
