It compresses great for Cobb salads and doesn’t take up a lot of room on the plate! Love the plunger!!

Easy to clean
The stem of the press continues to unwind during use. I wrap the press with plastic wrap so the batter doesn't stick. I tried using oil and sprays, but the batter adheres to the press.
