The build quality is good, works perfectly and is easy to use and install.

Does the job but the ropes aren’t strong
The ropes started to come out after one year but now after 2 years of use the rope finally came out entirely and it’s torned.. making the frame useless.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 5 feet hanger. Just ask your techician to do a good job on ceiling hooks installations, try it before you let him off. The product is good and sturdy and am happy with it.

Item is sturdy and as described
Good quality steel. Easy to assemble. Simple easy instructions. They should also provide installation with this. Fixing the pulley to the roof is a challenge. One needs an expert for drilling.

Durability
The only comment i have is about the quality of supporting rope which got damaged with in 2 years, causing inconvenince and substantially higher cost of replacement..

Valuable product
It serves the purpose. Strong and sturdy. But please note its very heavy and after putting the wet clothes, its even more heavier to raise all the 6 rods together to the ceiling along with clothes... Hence the 4 star
