I liked that there were-a large variety of seeds . They have not yet been used as I was waiting for the sprouter to arrive. I have had seeds before and found them easy to sprout and tasty. Can be used in salads or sprinkled on hot meals. Add a nice crunch to sandwiches.

I am still working my way through, but have tried several of these seeds for sprouting. A friend and I share them and compare our preferences. It's been an interesting and enjoyable introduction to sprouting. Something we both intend to continue and expand. So tasty, easy to grow with so many health benefits.

These germinated really quickly and were fast to grow. I grew some on paper towels, they do work like that, but they grew way faster when I switched to soil. The broccoli was planted a week before the other two and it’s still smaller. Sow them on top of a half inch soil in trays, and you’ll have micro greens to eat in 7-10 days. They taste lovely, I highly recommend these. There is also a generous amount of seeds in the packets. So far, I’ve tried about half of them, all of them germinated very fast. Very happy with my purchase. Good value for money.

Well sealed packages of 12 varieties of organic seed for sprouting / microgreens with a good amount of seeds in each. Expensive but it it a good option for those of us new to growing sprouts, who don’t know what they like best. I sprouted in jars, and first two batches successful (alfalfa and red lentil). Kale has been very slow to show signs of life. Instructions on packs are for growing as microgreens so a bit hit and miss for what to expect growing in jars. Rocket and cress are for microgreens only, not for jars, but this is clear on the packets. I think it is a good initial purchase. Came with a guide and recipe suggestion.
