As someone who came into the series through Unlimited Blade Works, I was at first hesitant to purchase as there are many people with negative perspective on this version. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The story is very similar to U.B.W. with the main difference being this is Shirou and Sabers story and shipping where U.B.W. is more Rin and Archers story. Both series start similarly diverging to grow the said relationship. The animation is slightly dated compared to U.B.W. and a couple of the voices seem a little off but this is just minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable anime.

Bought as a present and received in good time and condition. Have received no complaints.

Arrived on time no issues, good quality product. Exactly what I wanted and a great film.

Overall this series stand out points were the cliffhangers and revelations in the first half, great battles and back story episodes. Also a masterfully directed final battle sequence. I think the creators, Studio Deen, managed to adapt the source material enough with the aid of the universes creator Kinoko Nasu.
