Just the product l needed

Difficult to say whether zinc supplementation actually makes a difference to health. I've been taking zinc supplements for a while now, mainly to boost my immune system and to act in a preventive way i.e. prevent illnesses from occurring. However I can't definitively say whether the zinc supplements have meant I've been ill less often and/or less severely.There's plenty of literature out there which says your zinc intake should be easily achievable through a balanced diet. More recently I've stopped zinc supplementation and made only a few minor adjustments to my diet to ensure I get the zinc I need.As for this product, I opted for the Zinc Gluconate as it's more absorbable than some other forms of zinc supplements such as zinc oxide and zinc citrate. The H&B brand is a well known and established brand and hopefully this translates into less chance on being ripped-off or sold sub-standard supplements. It is expensive through Amazon and I suggest looking on the H&B website as they often have 3-for-2 your offers, which would make it cheaper per dose than from buying through Amazon.

good product which we have used for years.. butit says x2 in the description.. it isnt and the agents on chat state it is one only and they will change the description.. have resolved the issue now with a second agentThis is the old product now. The new 120 bottle is available for half the price. shouldnt have just reordered the same product and assumed I would get the same !

Since I ordered this zinc supplement .. I only use this brand now I also read that zinc gluconate is beneficial for diabetics and prediabetics than other zinc compounds. Also zinc is good in improving memory as I noticed with my husband . We use it regularly now.

I just started taking this. So far I'm happy with it.One online doctor said that picolinate was bound too tightly to the zinc and wasn't the best choice. Another online doctor said zinc picolinate potentially led to liver problems, but they didn't cite a source and I couldn't find corroboration. So anyway, I switched to this and I'm saving money.
