Grill Topper GT-HD-TEX Texas Hot Dog Grill Topper

Make sure you heat it well on the grill before placing hot dog on surface. We place a hot dog on a super hot surface for about 2 minutes, then finish on the grill. If you are making several, let it get hot again or it won't "brand" as well. I want to try this with a bun next!

These were the 'all men of the family gets one' gift and they were all very excited. This process works better than the branding method I got all of them years ago. Downside to this is the company Fansedge has a major mixed up customer service and messed up my order twice.
