When I first tried a Qi charger, I was seriously impressed by how far we had come with our charging capabilities. The idea of wireless charging was great! But as most Qi chargers are still connected to some kind of power source (usually via a USB cable), I struggled with calling this technology "wireless". In comes Amprich with a truely wireless charging solution!The charger arrives in a nice cardboard package, which shows Amprich has taken time to deliver a great product, inside and out! Inside the box, you get your portable charger, a USB charging cable, and an instruction manual. This portable charger has a 8000mAh capacity, and looks like a coaster on a table. This stylish design is looks great on my coffee table, and I often get questions about it, and people trying to see if their device will work.Using this is charger easy and quick! First, ensure the battery is charged using the provided USB cable and any 2W charger. Once the battery lights indicate a full charge, you are ready to go! To start charging your Qi compatible device simply click down on the power button located on the back of the charger. When the lights come on, simply place your device on top, and you're charging! This also works as a wired portable charger, so you can connect a non Qi device to the charger via USB.Charging times vary by device, but it is comparable to a regular wired Qi charger. I found that my Nexus 6 3200 mah device usually charges from 20% to full in about 1 and a half hours. I also found that I could get about charges to my device before having to recharge the pack! The charger Qi strength is impressive. I have used a few Qi devices, and this one in particular did great at charging through any case I have thrown it's way!The materials used for this charger are top quality! There is some serious weight to this pack, and I love it! It isn't heavy by any means, but it feels hefty and like a quality item that will last for some time. I got mine in black, but it was hard to chose as they both look great!The size and wireless nature of this charger make this a great option not only for someone who wants a nice charger on a desk or table, it also works for people who live a busy lifestyle who can use a boost of power on the go.I received this product from Amprich so that I could share my experience through my review.
