I purchased this ramp for my older, overweight Chihuahua. He has trouble doing steps. I thought these would be perfect for him. They were NOT! Fabric is WAY to slippery, and the space between the pieces is WAY to big for little feet. I've had for about a week, and he just has trouble. I decided that I wasn't going to spend that kind of money on a ramp he might break a leg on when he falls between the pieces, so I put in for a return. They will only take returns if the boxes have NEVER been open!! Really?? Not even a return with a small "restock" fee!! Please KNOW EXACTLY what is going to work for your animal before ordering this product, as this company is more into making money, than having a happy customer!!EDIT!!!!!! I'm giving these stairs a 5 star!!!! All my dogs love them and learned to use them. The removal covers clean up nicely. Still pricey, buy so worth it.

I wanted something that was of good quality and pet friendly (I have a mini Doxie), but also eye friendly in home décor. After much searching, and product review, I settled on this product with the expectation that it would probably have to be retuned; because my expectations are normally high in these areas. When it arrived I was very pleased. The foam base is well constructed and strong, the covers were beautiful and fit like a glove. Unfortunately, my dog slid right off because he could get traction. I contacted the company via email, and they immediately sent out the covers they suggested would work best for my pup while waiting on my return to be received; and they did. I cant be more happy with the product. I gladly recommend this product, and this company, because of the great product and excellent customer service care I experienced.

I have a 12 year old Chihuahua who suffers from arthritis in her left hip. I had purchased a six stair steps for her before her hip problems started, and they served her well for 5 years. But now, it has become just too painful for her to manage the stairs, and my heart was breaking. I had a feeling a ramp with a gentle slope would help her. And boy, did it help. She has taken to the ramp easily, and is even running up and down, and having a good time to boot.I was initially concerned about the price, but now know that it was money well spent in helping my little girl enjoy her independence again.

perfect! I ordered two and put them together so I have double wide ramps for my short legged fur child. They look very nice but are a little slippery. I put a textured blanket over them and that works perfect! Highly Recommended! As described and fast shipping~ pkged VERY WELL too! Thank you
