End Times and the Secret of the Mahdi: Unlocking the Mystery of Revelation and the Antichrist

After a lifetime of movies where the Antichrist is American or European, this analysis of the Qur'an and the Bible was very revealing. The descriptions of the Bible's Antichrist and Islam's Mahdi in the Final Days are just alike, except the Antichrist is the son of Satan in the Bible while the Mahdi is the ultimate conqueror who'll wipe out all unbelievers and make the whole world Islamic. Those who will not worship the Beast and father Satan in Scripture are beheaded, and of course, Islam is the only major power on earth today that still beheads its victims. Makes a lot of sense, looking at the world today.

I highly recommend it; I could say that it’s one of the best scatology books I ‘ve ever read in my life.

The only thing I didn't agree with is that you can die, go to heaven and be sent back because it is not our time yet. That one boy may have lied and said he was in heaven but not all testimonies of seeing heaven are lies. Even the apostle Paul saw things 'whether in the body or out of body he did not know'.

Christians need to stop and consider the unthinkable: We could very well be here on earth until Armageddon. All of the preachers who have been saying for years that it just ain't so, don't really know. Remember, God Himself said that only He knows when Jesus is coming back & Jesus confirmed that only the Father knows the day Jesus returns to earth. Sure does look like the days of Noah right now. Like a thief in the night, He will come. A thief can break in & steal from ANYONE. You have lots of theological degrees? Your pastor has been preaching no worries for years? Think again. Read the Bible for yourself. Jesus said, do not be deceived. That was his first statement about His return. Knowing when for sure is impossible, and worrying & trying to figure it out is a distraction. If you know the Truth, Jesus is the Truth, the Way, & the Life, and your focus is on Him, where it should be, you will be ready whenever He comes. This book is written from a Middle Eastern Christian point of view (remember, that's where Jesus is from & that is where he will return), so considerations are brought to light concerning the Muslims who are also looking for a return of their "Guided One", the Mahdi. They too have an End Times scenario to play out. Throw in the speculation about who the Antichrist is and who the Beast & the False Prophet are, and we have a real life thriller on our hands. BUT, we can be calm & keep it simple by staying low (humble) & staying close to Jesus. It's all about WHO you trust in, who you believe. Live for the One who died for you, and you will be more than OK in the end. It's eternity that really counts.

Written in an excellent manner by a trusted, well informed American Pastor who was born in Egypt. I highly recommend reading this work if you have a desire to understand what fuels the fire of the whole present, and coming middle east conflicts, which will effect the whole world. Being biblically sound, this book will enable you to better understand the events in book of Revelation. I am so thankful that God is forever Sovereign, and the plans of men cannot thwart His perfect will! Jesus is coming... are you ready?

This is a great book. It gives a better understanding of the book of Revelation. I really like how it explains Jesus letters to the seven churches.

Superb book opens your mind and heart and brings understanding like I have never experienced before. Worth reading over and over again.

Amazing book. Read this book in conjunction with bible study on Revelation. Michael Yousef insight is explained simply using God's word as the principle tool. Highly recommended for those who have neither read the Book of Revelation or find it difficult to understand.
