Bought to use as an ankle wrap for a sprain. Worked better than others I tried.

This freezes quickly and is very comfortable to use. It is also quite versatile- used vertically you can cover your whole spine at once. And horizontally you can wrap neck snd shoulders or lower back, or a knee or ankle. It is soft and comfortable and stays cold enough for the 20 minute icing my doctor recommends. Lies flat in the freezer and takes up very little room. Well made product. Fits up the back of the neck to get the whole area. Would be nice to have some tie in front to hold it in place, could be slightly longer.

It works well enough. I had to super glue some clasps onto it to keep it in the right place and it doesn’t stay cold as long as I would like, but it’ll do.

I used this for the first time last night and boy let me tell you this is one of the best ice packs ever!!! Easy to use and lasts for hours!!

I was really looking forward to this product with such bad stress knots in my shoulders. Once frozen it is hard to maneuver onto shoulders as advertised. Great for back or headache.

Works great but wish it was just a tad bit bigger in size.

I had a total shoulder replacement and this is perfect for icing its soft and longer than others . Handy when you need to ice more than one area. I put the v part over my shoulder and can ice my arm also, When your arm is in a sling it hurts also . I would buy again .

I've purchased several of these for myself, family and friends. It's the perfect weight, and stays cold for a long time. Buy 2 to trade off when one looses it's cold, trade it out for the other in the freezer.

Used to help ease neck pain

I purchased this after a knee and ankle injury. I love that it is flexible when frozen so I can wrap it all the way around my ankle or knee. Much preferred to the bag of peas I was using.

Wish it would stay hot longer. Still use it often.

The item directions say to apply to injured area and hold it with Velcro straps but there are no straps???
