I cannot believe just how effective this Mullein is as an expectorant! I’ve been sick with something for just over 3 wks and yesterday this product arrived and I immediately made a very strong pot of tea. Two hours (ish) later my cough turned productive! I finished the pot and today I had 2 cups in the morning and not even an hour later my cough produced a ton! I am feeling SO MUCH BETTER and am breathing so much clearer and easier! The taste is mild even though I made it strong, and I add a little raw organic honey and it’s good! The only thing I’ve found that’s not good is the end of the pot cup has a mouthfeel of pokey fine hairs; however I discovered if I don’t aggressively stir or squeeze the leaves and JUST let them sit and steep, it is greatly reduced. Not a big enough issue for me personally to reduce the rating since it’s a plant issue and not the producer/seller issue. I’m going to use the mullein to make a tincture, steam, and smudge as well! I love that it’s natural and organic and wildcrafted because I am a forager and beginning level wildcrafter myself (just don’t have a lot of mullein around my home)! I’ll buy again and would encourage EVERYONE whom has a respiratory problem to drink this tea, on the regular, to strengthen their respiratory system, feel better, and recover quicker! I definitely feel some benefits from it for post-nasal drainage and congestion. It's not a strong tasting tea. I'm fine with that, I'm just used to taking it in liquid extract form.

If I could, I'd give the producers of this product a ginormous big hug for making this available and changing my life. I learned about Mullein on a Native American FB page. I was desperate to find something to make me feel better. Since drinking this tea, I no longer hear wheezing from my lungs, I don't have to blow my nose as often, I'm not awakened at night by stomach/trachea/throat noises, and am able to sleep. I had a heavy feeling in my frontal lobe and it has since gone away, probably because I'm finally getting restful sleep. My digestive system has so much improved.
