Nice product, good price quick delivery. Just the instructions were in Chinese, glad I already knew how to use them.

The tips of the tools were a little too blunt and the quality isn't what I hoped for. I wish I would have spent the extra few dollars to just get the original Topsy Tail tool.

I was so excited when mine came in that I couldn't wait to try it. I was disappointed I couldn't get my ponytail to go through the hole but with my husband we finally got it through and it looked great. My hair is very thick so that might be the reason I was having problems. I wish I would have got the real Topsy tail.

Very easy to use. Yes the instructions are not English but they are very easy to follow. If you can't follow them I'm not sure what to tell you. I Ireally love the smaller one because I use it on my daughter's hair and it's small enough for her thin hair. I also did not think it was cheaply made. I bought this a year ago and maybe used it 10 times since. Used it this morning and the loop snapped in the middle. Waste of money. Plus, the instructions are not in English.
