Dimensions are as described. Only reason for a 3 instead of a 5 star is the bag came ripped inside the box and the flag has black marks all over.

The flag is is cool, but one thing that annoys me is that world war 1 ended in 1919, why does it say 1918?😂 not important but just a thought
