Perfect 1st Belt
Cute, comfortable, and provides great support! Perfect for beginners looking for their first lifting belt! Be prepared to break it in a little first, as it is quite stiff at first.

Good Fit
Great fit. But when you bend forward it hits my stomach and this belt is hard. Need to loose the strap before bending forward.

Love it
This is a great value and high quality for your money weightlifting belt! It is super easy to adjust, take on and off and stays in place well with the locking mechanism. I love the design and how comfortable it is to use during heavy lifts. If you have back and disk issues (bulging, or slipping discs) I would highly recommend using this! It will help you learn how to breathe properly as well (or look at videos to learn more) to help prevent injuries.

Great belt but size down
Great belt quality and functionality but runs BIG! At my waist, I'm 27.5 inches and at my belly button, I'm 29 inches. I got a small and there is an overlap of about 3 inches. Definitely needed an extra small. Size down!

The perfect product for strength training at an affordable price
It is a really great price for what I need it for. I learned while doing strength training that when you do squats, you need a belt because I hurt my back the first time I did it. This belt is not only affordable, but it’s perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I’m 57 1/2 and 130 pounds and I got the size medium fits perfectly. I am very happy with it.

Go by the size chart
So initially I had purchased this belt and sized up one size because I saw reviews that said to size up! Do Not size up. Measure and go by the chart, this item is true to size, I had to return and re-purchase because the belt was too big. I ordered the smaller recommended size and it’s a perfect fit! It’s durable, a little stiff because it’s new. Definitely helps with lifting by supporting my lower back! Definitely not a waste of money! Definitely a good buy!
