When I received the item it did not work. I believe it was not the retail person, but it could have been the shipping method. Lamps like this need extra shipping protection because the shipper is not always careful. Also there should be a method that if the item is defective, the retailer needs to have a method of return at no cost to the buyer. The buyer should not have to pay to return an item and wait for the retailer to reimburse them. I find this to be unacceptable, but I understand when it is a small business. So this is not a show stopper for me in ordering from this retailer again.

This did not work at all when installed. It is terribly made. loose fitting and feels like all plastic and tape. I have asked for a replacement and have not received anything. (I ordered this before Christmas and reported same day as received) Amazon sent email saying replacement was on the way..Have not seen it. today is Jan. 13, 2014. Made in China and it's absolutely worthless...
