CLA Supplement for Weight Loss -I had never heard of CLA until recently. This product promises that I will not experience extreme weight gain. Let's consider this my weight gain shield.Weight management has been an issue of mine for quite some time. After recently having a child, my goal is extreme weight loss. Considering I may still eat like I'm pregnant, a promise to deter extreme weight gain sounds like a winner. I added CLA to my so-called diet and slight exercise regimen. In the last week, I have lost 3 pounds. I can't say for sure that this is solely responsible for my actual weight-loss, but I do know before I added CLA to my daily routine, my weight almost seemed to be standing still. I was looking for weight loss supplement, and took a gamble with this. I received this on Saturday, and by Wednesday I had lost 5lbs. Combine this with a proper diet, exercise, and you will get results. I have not felt any weird side effects from taking this.I just ordered their Green Coffee Bean supplement, I'll hopefully get the same results.

Combined with a low calorie diet, marked increase in weight loss from my standard results.
I received these on May 3 and have been taking them for 10 days in conjunction with green coffee pills. I have also been eating between 1200-1500 calories per day. All those three things combined have worked great, I have lost about 7 lbs in 10 days. The CLA are big capsules about 1 inch long, I don't have a problem swallowing big capsules or pills, but I know some people do and it is important to be informed. The capsules are filled with oil that is based on safflower oil - the capsules claim to assist in healthy fat loss, with my successful weight loss so far I have to stand to believe that this product is definitely doing it's intended job. The capsules are big, but do not leave an oily taste and don't leave a bad aftertaste. My stomach has not been upset and I have not noticed any loose stools or constipation. I have noticed more energy, not sure if that is related to these or the green coffee capsules but I have definitely noticed a change. When I diet or change my dietary intake, I usually manage to drop about 1-1.5 pounds per week, this is a marked improvement from my standard rate of loss. I will continue to take this supplement, as well as eat a low calorie meal and will update in a few days to a few weeks and will continue to compare with previous experience. I will continue to order these tablets as I continue my weight loss journey. I did receive these at a deep discount or free in exchange of my honest opinion.

I have been taking this CLA for 14 days. I take one softgel a day as recommended on the bottle. These softgels are kind of large, but I can get them down easy with a drink. I drink a lot of water with any supplements that I take. This supplement helps promote healthy fat loss while preserving muscle. I love that there aren’t many ingredients and that they are 100% natural. They are completely natural and healthy. They are gluten free, GMO free, and contain no filler, binders, or any other artificial ingredients. I have already lost a little bit using this supplement. Energizing
These healthy fat loss soft gels are a great addition to my recently started diet. I take them three times per day an hour before I eat. The bottle indicates 1 – 3 per day, use your best judgment, I went all in. I have noticed since I started taking them I have had more energy. I am not one to jump up and go to gym, I struggle. Recently I have had more energy to go to the gym. I honestly believe it’s the pills, even though I just started taking them, I felt a difference right away.
