Hand Blown Mexican Drinking Glasses – Set of 6 Glasses with Cobalt Blue Spiral Design (14 oz each)

Well made, heavy duty glassware ! Very nice artwork on glasses!

I used this to match some other similar styled Mexican glassware. The color is really vibrant and pretty. The glass itself has a nice translucency to match the glasses I have that were made 1988. So these are the classic patter and color. I like the thickness and quality of them also

The glasses are heavy and show where the blower took the glass off to make the bottom. Truly a work of art.

So I've had these in my cart a number of times, but was so hesitant because of the complaints of sharp edges/bottoms. I know that the break them off the punt(?) Or tube that they blow them on, when finished. And that is a mark of their being hand blown. But I didn't want glasses that would cut people either. These came very well packaged, no breaks or chips. And as you can see in the pic, all the bottoms are smooth, you can see where they sanded the edges down. They are thick, and sturdy feeling and I LOVE that the ridges are on the outside, so easier to grip- there are also smaller ridges on the inside, so we'll see how easy they are to clean.My only regret is that I didn't order them earlier and that I only ordered 1 set! I will be rectifying one of those regrets very soon!

I love these glasses. They are very sturdy and substantial unlike the junk you get at Wal Mart. They take a little getting used to, but Im used t the thin drinking glasses I get from Wal Mart. These glasses are thicker. They feel thicker up to your lips when drinking, so its just a matter of a different feel. But I like it. They feel like they wont break if I look at them sideways or hold them too tight.I highly recommend these. They look really good too.

They say hand made and I'm guessing they are. There are little differences in height, but I find that more charming than glasses stamped out by machine. Sturdy. Pretty. Packed well, so they arrived quickly and in good shape. Love them!

Very happy with this 14oz set. None of the glasses were chipped and each glass is well made. For some sets the glass wall is a little thin and the shape is bit beyond simply handmade imperfection and more like a novice job. This 14oz set has nice thick glass, shape is all well made and the blue spiral was well proportioned. Very satisfied.
