When I received my necklace the hook part was broken off, and it said they don’t do refunds or exchanges. I contacted the seller, told her what happened, sent her a picture, and she responded very quickly and told me they would make it right and send me a new pendant. She took care of it so fast, and I received the replacement so fast, I am still shocked!! And it is absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice!! I am so happy!! (Also, with the replacement the hook seems to be very sturdy. It does not seem like that would have been a common issue!)

Took forever to arrive. Like a month. Engraving was beautifully done. It's good and heavy. And no it's not a picture locket like I'd hoped. But it is a near necklace and for such a cheap price.

I love this necklace! Immediately people were asking me about it and it gave me an opportunity to talk about my romance novels!Just be careful of the link on the book of you're active. The book is a good weight. I was jumping rope and the force of the book made the link pop open and the book fell off. I'll remember to take it off next time. But it's a perfect gift for the author or reader in your life!

Extremely beautiful pendant. Quality product and great value. The pages are easy to turn and are solidly bound. The latch that opens and closes the book is ornate yet solid operates smoothly. I ordered the gold and a blue - requesting engraving on the blue. I gave a name and left the font decision to them. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Excellent for young girls. They include a dog tags-type of necklace perfect for young girls. It is sturdy enough for playing and hard to break or lose while still having an 'adult' delicate pendant that is all hers. Other ladies may prefer to use a necklace you already have. Also, delivery was extremely fast and the black velvet pouch that is included is very nice - not cheap-o. I love the entire package and ordered more to give out.

Purchased for a friend who just had her first book published. After receiving the item, I was a little let down with what I received: the charm is bigger/a little bulkier than expected (but the size is also on me for not looking closer at the dimensions); but what really bothers me is that it's not engraved at all - the words are etched (and off-center), which is very different than engraving. And after seeing the pages inside, I wonder why personalizing those pages isn't also an option.I still plan on giving it to her and hope she likes it.

Very cute product. Great value. It didn't take particularly long to get here. I was pleasantly surprised with the details. Came w/a cheap chain - nothing special. Not sure how it will hold up/tarnish over time.

I purchased two of these -- blue for me, gold for my sister -- and was blown away when I received them and could see/feel the quality for myself. These Book pendants are extremely well made, very heavy! and the attention to detail is wonderful. The bonus engraving on the back 'cover' is a nice way to personalize it, though you can just wear the pendant without getting it engraved as well. Mine came with two different chain options, both around 20 inches long. I actually opted to wear it on a much longer chain because I just prefer it that way, but the bale is plenty large enough to accomodate anything you put it on (leather cord, ribbon, omega necklace, etc). My sister and I are very pleased with them and I would highly recommend these to anyone!
