So far, I have used them for yogurt and fruit salads with almonds. They work great! My kids are grabbing them in the mornings and afree school and I pack them in our lunchboxes for my husband and I. I will definitely order more.

Cup could be bigger but it’s ok we use fruit in the cup with granola on top we just reduce the yogurt inside. We wash these by hand and reuse they are good quality not flimsy so we can do this easily.
