This is such a neat product. I ordered one as a Christmas gift for a friend (who raved about it) and also got one for myself. Happy with this roller!

I'm making dove ornaments a la pinterest to gift to friends and family. The rolling pin worked perfectly. I rolled the clay to my desired thickness then rolled over the clay with the embossing rolling pin. I achieved the best results by rolling slowly, pressing firmly, but not too hard. No clay was left behind in the rolling pin and seems to clean up pretty easily. I can't attest to its effectiveness on baked goods, but for air dry clay, it's perfect!

I was hoping to make some Christmas Springerle cookies with this. Mind you, I have never made anything like these before, I only make the usual chocolate chip or oatmeal cookie. This was a new thing so I got this recipe that ended up tasting hideous anyway. I didn't press hard enough into the dough, so when the cookies baked, they puffed up such that the design was completely lost. I don't know if this was due to the recipe or if you really have to lean into it so you see a design after they bake. At any rate, it seems to me that the embossing of the rolling pin could be deeper so in the end there is an actual design on the cookies.

My cookies looked fine, not amazing. Got the job done. Rolling pin gave me better results when I just rolled the cylinder with my hands as opposed to using the handles.

There are no dislikes of this rolling pin. I can't wait to show off my fantastic decorating skills at the holiday get-togethers. It rolls across the dough like a dream and I don't even have to press very hard to get the design i wanted. Love this rolling pin so very much. Puts a smile on my face!

Smaller than I was expecting. Does not actually have a "roller" to go smooth.Pattern is very pretty when you get the hang of how much pressure to use

I was so super excited to use this! Rolled out my dough, rolled it out, then went over with this guy. The pattern is pretty, but not cut very deep, and when I baked the cookies, the pattern completely went away. 😪

This rolling pin is solid an appears well made, with a beautiful design! I di not have a photo of it, as it is wrapped as a gift for my daughter in law. It's so pretty that I have also ordered one for myself!

My rolling pin came with one handle missing. I love the imprinted pattern and needed to use the product right away so I didn't return it.If the rolling pin came with both handles I would give it a 5 star rating.

I purchased 2 rolling pins from Amazon. Both were very smooth with almost no pattern in either of them. (THE ONE INDICATED AND THE ONE WITH REINDEER) Very disappointing.

Very Light and smaller than average rolling pin also seems cheap.
