Medulla Zzz® Sleep Supplement -with Melatonin,Valerian & Passion Flower-60 Capsules

This is the third product I have tried from this brand! I am very picky about the sleep supplements that I take (or any supplements I ingest for that matter!) In the past I have had to purchase melatonin separately, but when I notice Medulla Zzz contains 3mg of Melatonin and also Valerian I was curious. I also was wondering how much Passion Flower would enhance the blend. I took one pills the first night, It took about 45 minutes to take effect and slept through the night. I woke with no hangover or sluggish feelings. I continued to take one pills as needed, After one particular stressful day ( busy job and two kids) I tossed and turned for an hour and a half, I decided to take one more capsule and fell into a deep slumber. I continue to take just one as needed but am comforted with the knowledge that I can pop one more if needed!

I was so happy when Medulla Zzz finally arrived. I was researching natural sleep supplements and this was the exact blend I was hoping for . I took one the first night and it worked perfectly. I slept the whole night through. I have some friends who need to take two to get the same effect. Which ever works for you I recommend taking

I highly recommend these to anyone who has sleep issues and is looking for a safe and natural remedy. It's truly the best sleep aid for me.

I love this product! I was taking over the counter sleep aids but they always leave me groggy the next day. I tried this product last night for the 1st time. I woke up refreshed and clear minded. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a natural sleep aid.

Works well, but I strongly recommend taking it with 8 ounces of organic rice milk (preferably Rice Dream) The calcium in the rice milk soothes and helps the process.

Given my history of many a sleepless night I was skeptical about purchasing this product.But for $18.95 you can't beat it! The first night I slept entirely through but wasn't sure if it was because I was so emotionally drained from a stressful day at work or that the pills actually worked.I took them for the next few nights and was still sleeping well, so it must be Medulla ZZz.I only take them as needed because on the weekends I am able to sleep pretty well ( due to the fact that I am not thinking about work)and I don't want to rely on any pills. Although it is comforting to know that they are all natural and non-habit forming!!
