Energy Suspension9.9116G 1" Tall Button Head Bump Stop

Put these on my old style slapper bars.

These were a good replacement for the factory bump stops on my Nissan Xterra. They are a little bigger but close in size, and more durable than the factory ones. I cut the stud a bit shorter to be able to get it installed under the upper control arm, I did not want to remove the upper control arm so i had a small space to work with. Getting the nut on was tricky but i used a ratcheting wrench and a bit of tape to hold the nut to the wrench until it was started.The factory one just had a plastic snap holding it in place and that plastic broke so this new one being metal should be much stronger.

Lowered the back end of a 71 VW Super. Needed new bump stops. Cut the old off, cut bracket off, and tapped for a new hole. These fit perfectly and save my control arms and frame from abrupt smackers.

I needed a pair of bump stops on the front end of a 30’s classic car that was dramatically lowered. These fit where I needed & have held up so far. They are getting regular hits from a nut so hopefully they will last as well.

It's exactly as described, I didn't think it thru enough and actually bought the wrong size but I was able to use it on another project I had in the shop.

My truck is lowered seven inches in the rear. These bump stops worked great as replacements for the factory bumps stops

Used the Energy suspension button to support my Dana 20 Transfer case on my Scout 800B. The transfer case is clocked down because I’ve adapted it to an AX15 transmission so the space was tight and this was a perfect fit. Understandably these are bump stops, however this will work perfect.
