Bought this product 2 weeks ago and seems like it was good buy for Kitchen. My major use for mandolin slicer is slicing onions, potato & apples. I like how it slices with same size and thickness, and so far its saving time and efforts significantly. Product quality is great with sharp inserts, easy to install, use and store. Item seems to be very durable as strong in build. This is great addition to my kitchen toolset. Good seller experience as Product was delivered in time as described. Very much happy as good for price and quality!

I was looking for a slicer specifically with a crinkle cut blade. Crinkle cut was in the description. This was the only reason I bought this particular model over any of the several dozen or so offered. I was told to use the "wavy blade". There is no wavy blade. Nor are there any specific directions for this particular model. They are basic and generic instructions. I gave it a 2 star because it does work, but not in the way in which I was promised.

Poorly made the V shape for slicing is very dangerous especially 4 elderly persons Not a good product. Do not buy.

Very cheaply made... Quality is a thing of the past, I guess.

This mandoline was easy to use right out of the box. I sliced up a zucchini in less than a minute, all an even thickness. Then I sliced a summer squash, very easy. Onion, fast and easy. Beets, a much harder veggie, was much harder to work with, but I was trying to julienne it. Overall I'm glad I bought this mandoline, especially for times I am preparing a recipe that involves lots of cutting of veggies. It will definitely be a time saver. PROs: easy to use, easy to clean, stores fairly flat; comes with 4 thickness cutting inserts, storage for the inserts and a guard to protect the fingers. CONs: It's all plastic except for the blades and it feels a bit flimsy. Time will tell how it holds up.

Easy to use , clean and change blades. I don't have anything to compare to - but am very happy with. Cut super thin slices of onion with nor effort!

This is the best slicer I've found. The variety of thicknesses is perfect. The blades are easy to change and the clean-up is fast. It's a little tricky getting it back in the box after use, but I don't mind. This gadget is the easiest and smoothest and, believe me, I've been through quite a few.

This is a terrific slicer with a large selection of different blades. it's great quality and very easy to use. I would have liked an instruction booklet but even without it we were able to use it right away.
