comes in flat cardboard box about 30"x30"x3" comes with fabric bag with nuts and bolts it had a few extra bolts and nuts come with small tube of silver colored silicone for sealing the seams of the panels when assembling unit. there are small vent slots in the sides of the exhaust fan curb I wish it did not have these slots but it will still work the roofer will cover these slots up when the new roof is installed
