Unlike the other over counter sleep aids, I was able to fall asleep and awake without a hangover.

I have tried many similar products and this one works far better for me. Fair price point (hence 4 stars) but since it does work I would try it again. It definetly helped ME more than 3 prescription medications.

I have tried many sleep supplements, as someone who has struggled with sleep for years. This did nothing for me. I took it for two weeks to give it a shot.

I guess it's the combination of ingredients. Most nights, it keeps me from staying awake if I wake up or just sleeping through.

This product has been great in helping me to get to sleep.

Helped me sleep, but I tended to have vivid dreams

Bought these for my husband he says they’re easy to swallow and they don’t have a bad flavor and he doesn’t wake up feeling like he has a hangover. I will be buying them for him again. He also does not have nightmares or have memorable dreams which is a good thing because he doesn’t like to dream. Lol!Edited—- Even though my husband likes these pills I’m not buying them anymore because his mood has changed. I looked up GABA and it says that sometimes it can do the reversal and I noticed that he’s been taking these for two months and that’s when his moods start changing. He started becoming really grumpy! Even others have noticed. I am looking for some without GABA.
