Damaged skin and left the hair behind. AWFUL WAX!
Awful. Awful! Beware! Worst hard wax I have used. It hurts much more than my previous wax did. It cracks and breaks when you try to pull it off. So it takes 4 or 5 attempts to get a full strip of wax off. My legs are still on fire the day after with red spots all over. Parts of my skin are red and swollen and BRUISED. Also had spots that bled. And after all that... it did not even get all the hair... I was very disappointed and will not use this wax again.

Please read if you’ve struggled with the product.
I have seen many people complain about this wax and how it doesn’t remove hair properly, leaves residue, dries unevenly etc... as an esthetician and do waxing for a living I can tell you all you’re doing it wrong... drying uneven means uneven application, too stringy means not hot enough, not removing hair properly means poor application and applying in the wrong direction or, hair isn’t long enough or maybe too long and caused the hair to snap meaning you should have trimmed the hair. As for leaving residue you can expect that with all wax however if you’ve got clumps of the wax on your body this means again poor application and not the right prep. Try a pre wax oil apply the oil to this skin and wipe with tissue leaving only a little bit on this way the product doesn’t stick to the skin. I hope this helps the home waxers. I have used this one and the coconut one for god knows how long now and have never ever had a problem.

Hear this before you buy
I have tried a few of these home waxes, I actually skinned myself with another one with sugar strips so thought I would try this as an alternative and to see if I could do it without removing my flesh as well. I have black hair on my legs, it's strong hair, the stuff of brillo pads so I didn't know how this wax would hold out. I have a cheap wax heater from Amazon also and that is far easier than people talking about constantly needing to reheat in microwaves etc. I can't tell you whether it cools down quickly as I had my heater heating it at a constant medium/low temperature so it was the right consistancy. This stuff is pretty easy to apply, just put newspaper down or something. I tried to use paper towels and got myself stuck to them and then the floor and the walls... I had to use a paint scraper to get it off my floor. I had predicted I would make this kind of mess, so had done it in the one room that has a laminated floor, but still, my god. It looked like one of those pictures you see on the internet after a toddler has been left unattended with a tub of Sudo cream...So anyway, this stuff is great in that it doesnt tear your flesh off along with the hair, no blood, no bruises (yeah the previous sugar wax experiment ended that badly) it also can clearly pull out thick hair and managed long hair and shorter hairs. It was great for arms, bikini line and armpits. Legs - No, not because it can't pull it out efficiently, it can, but you need several hours and a willing but fed up partner. You can only spread this wax on for about 4 inches tops, if you do a longer stretch than that it breaks off. I think the only reason he continued is I promised he could do the other part of the bikini waxing, I think he enjoyed the torture aspect and that kept him going emotionally until almost 2am (yes, 4 solid hours it took to do everything accept my arms). So if you have the time to do your legs, great, this stuff is quite kind to skin and brutal on hair. But in the future I will stick to sugar wax strips for my legs and then use this stuff to do everything else. Hope this helps :)

Absolute suffering, with no results!
I don't know, maybe it's not for mans, or not for thick hair, but my experience with this product was absolutely disappointment.I tried it on my armpits, ok,done everything by instructions, but, as you can see on the photo, it was about of useless. Yes very thin hair was gone, but everything else was leaving, as it was . And it was really suffering to take it off!!!Threw it in rubbish...

The best wax for bikini line!
I'm not usually one to review a product, but after my first experience with this wax I was SO impressed I thought I just have to write a review! This is my second brand of wax I'm using in my Mylee wax heater, and I just love it. It dries quickly, is non-sticky and once dry, seems almost rubber-like, so it doesn't break off pieces when waxing. I also think this makes the whole situation a little less painful too! What's also nice, is that as it isn't necessary to heat the whole container of wax at the same time, you only heat what you need, which preserves the wax longer.I'm so chuffed with this brand - would definitely not buy anything else again.

Harmful for some
Not "hypoallergenic" as stated on the packet. If you're made ill by toxic chemicals then this is one to avoid. Only when purchased and the full list of ingredients is available to see do you find 'parfum' on the list of ingredients.
