It's in line with "host defense" that has 12 mushrooms.Been taking both, don't really have a favorite.This "mushroom harvest" also has "true tinder polypore"not AS WELL KNOWN as medicinal, but my guess, guessis it's similar to Ganoderma . And not sure it adds anythingto the mix, health properties wise. Short story, based on otherfeedback here, maybe, maybe the "host defense MyCommunity Capsules" isa more reliable brand. TIP: only take intermittently, as they both looseeffectiveness, after a few days. Take when you feel run down etc.

I just got this product in and the seal on the bottles are awful there's no seal on the inside and the cap comes right off even though it has a plastic seal on the top I don't feel it's trustworthy to take and I bought two one for myself and one my daughter. Very disappointing

Fresh capsules, long term expiration. Wished it came in a glass bottle though -- however that has to do with the manufacturer.Quick ship.
