I'm not a Harry Potter fan, my brother is and I bought him a lot of Harry things. I decided to buy this musical box thanks to the Reviews, and I was honestly IN LOVE, it is small, delicate, beautiful. It connected me a lot to movies. If you want to surprise someone, buy them this small and beautiful gift.

It's a little smaller than I expected and seems to be pretty fragile but my my wife loves it. I bought it for her to put in her Potter themed 5th grade class but it wouldn't survive one week of fifth graders so we are keeping it at home.

I purchased this item for a gift for a close friend of mine, and she really liked it. I just felt that the box itself was rather fragile in a way, and I personally don't believe that something like this should cost that much. I got the ingraved #3, and I don't see why ingraving it adds quite a bit more just for a few words on the inside panel. I mean in my head it gets laser ingraved in the first place, yet they charge so much for a little box. I am a very critical kinda person, yet I also hate criticizing too much. It just seems too much for what it is. I would say though it is a great gift idea, especially if music boxes fascinate the person you are gifting to. The music sounds great, but one other thing was there is this really odd squeak within the gear turning that gets a little annoying whenever you play the box. It's sleight but it is noticeable. I assume it's not with all of them just a little thought I would add in. But if you are looking for something small and fun to have or give away this is pretty entertaining, and the little extra space in the box is nice for little nic nacs.

This was literally just delivered and I went running to the mailbox. The music box is so perfect, I want to cry happy tears. When I opened it to check it out, my jaw fell open in amazement. The art work is beautiful and the song just brings all the joyful memories to the surface. This is a birthday present for my best friend of many years. She is a huge Harry Potter Fan. I hope she is as blown away as much as I was when she opens it!The picture is a bit blurry because my camera isn't the best, but the music box is perfect! Great quality and beautiful art work!!
