Insightful, practical, people-focused
What I like about this book is that it's not another "think-piece" offering one big policy or instructional shift to "fix" education, and it's not a techie project management guide based on an approach that worked well in the software industry (or something). Instead this book starts from the premise that people are the key to change in education. Data, planning techniques and theoretical frameworks are all useful tools which education leaders can use - but the tools serve the people, not the other way around. The book is stuffed full of examples of where actual education leaders have used the "deliverology" approach to improve outcomes for students. As someone who's had the privilege of working with the authors of this book, I'm really excited to see this published and I hope it get's the attention it deserves.

A great book! I especially enjoyed the real life examples
A great book! I especially enjoyed the real life examples, which make the book relatable to many educators. The recommended tools are also very useful. All around a very worthwhile read.
