Does The Job.
I purchased the medicine ball to help with my tear slap on both shoulders. A physical therapist said, it would help strengthen the surrounding muscles and tendons. However, the ball slips a little while using on my wall. The grip isn't great. But does the job.

a regular 20 min. workout in the morning with this medicine ball 8 pounder does wonders for this 82 year old body mind and spirit. throwing it in the air catching it, 25 - 50 reps. would buy it again- thanks RitFit.
