I will never go back to deep frying with electric. The temp was easy to keep on-track as I was adding the meatballs and removing them. Thinking I still needed paper to drain the meatballs, I found the paper was dry as all the drippings when back into the fryer. There was ZERO splatter on my stove. I always had a mess to clean using my Electric Deep Fryer. Be careful where you place the box. It left this mark on our carpet. Both the box and carpet were dry.

For starters the packaging was all beat up and after I opened it, it looks like it was someone's returned item rather than new. There is a mark on the inside of the pot which leads me to definitely conclude someone had it before. I am going to wash it so not a deal breaker. However, the instructions are not in English at all and it is smaller than I expected. I will update once I use it to see if it gets the job done.

The pot is convenient for me.

I'm stuck with an item that is constructed unsafe. The lid to the pot is too heavy and causes the pot to be unsteady. Imagine having hot water or oil in it and it tilts over at the slightest touch. Truly unsafe and should not be sold.

In general it's a great little cooker but when certain foods require 350 degrees needs to heat by eye and watch the oil don't smoke as I just use the old drop a few crumbs in the oil and wait till it looks ok but it's not accurate and ended up going out and buying a higher rates thermometer so just heads up to manufacturer to update thermometer to at least 350 degrees maybe 400 if the cooler can handle it

This pot is not made to handle hot oil. It went up in flames while I was heating up oil on my electric stove. Almost burned my house down. Smh

This item did not meet my expectations. Too small.

Love it!!! Moved cooking inside for the winter and using pans to cook is a pain. Purchased 2 one for meat and one for veggies to keep the meat taste from the veggies. Drip and drying rack is awesome, saves tons of paper towels - cant say enough- LOVE it.
