Absolutely Useless
A family member needed this because they were in an accident and dislocated their left shoulder and got a hairline fracture in their right wrist. Because of that, they couldn't wipe because their left arm was in a sling and the right hand was in a cast. Now, I commend anyone who can wipe someone else's butt, whether it be for family or as a career, but I am absolutely NOT one of those people. Hence the reason why I got this.I thought "Well, it's got to be better than nothing" but boy was I wrong. They tried using it and were able to get the toilet paper onto the device, but that's about as far as they got. When they tried to wipe with it it either dropped the toilet paper (without pressing the release button), they accidentally pressed the release button when trying to hold/use it, or it just wasn't effective at getting them clean.I probably should have just bought a bidet to attach to the toilet because this thing is a piece of useless crap. Pun definitely intended.

Only ok
A good idea and useful if you have full mobility and strength in your hands. Unfortunately, the disabled person has neither and although can hold it ok, hasnāt the strength to push the strong spring at the end, to release the paper.
