Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Soundtrack

My seven year old has watched the movie countless times and always commented on how much she loves the music, so I bought her the soundtrack and she loves it! As a matter of fact, it's one of her CDs I actually enjoy listening to myself!

We have been purchasing American Girl products for over 20 years, and the quality is always top notch. This was an excellent movie, and the sound track is great. If you have a daughter, you can't go wrong with American Girl anything.

From start to finish, this CD will have you smiling and wistful for a sweeter, more innocent time. Great for playing while driving in the car or when you're cleaning around the house, just immerse yourself in the music and allow time to fly by. I also highly recommend the movie!

Wonderful! Fun vintage music that everyone enjoys. It is great to have a CD that my kids love that doesn't drive me bonkers to listen to.

My dance teacher is very pleased with the CD. We originally only wanted it for the Puppini Sisters singing SIde by Side but we will use some of the otter songs as well as they are great too.Thanks for the prompt delivery . We were not able to purchase it here in Oz so very happy.

Bought the CD just to get Josh Turner singing Don't Fence Me In. Brought back childhood memories of the old cowboy movies listening to him sing. Enjoyed the rest of the soundtrack as well.

Hi there! If you like this movie, you must have this soundtrack CD! Newly recorded songs, great audio quality with old-vinyl style, like you've travelled the time to 60's. The booklet is full of images from the movie.

When I was 15 years old, three other friends and I formed a girls quartet. We dressed up like hobos, entered a local talent contest by singing Side By Side. I recognized our sound on a Buble' album with his backup singers on one of his songs. I found out the name of those singers, The Puppini Sisters, singing our song: Side By Side. It was totally our sound and our arrangement. From that time on, we were invited to sing at many, many events during our four high school years together. We never changed our name from The Happy Hobos. We were offered a recording contract but we pretty much had our careers planned and did not take the contract. Sometimes I think I would have liked it, but I've had a wonderful life without becoming famous. I've been married to the same wonderful guy for 59 years and we have two great grown sons and two grandsons we are so proud of. But, we had a ball during high school singing under the name of The Happy Hobos. I'm so eager to get this CD with that song on ii.

Daughter in love with her American Girl 'Kit' doll and loved the movie. So she loves having this and listening to the music of the era.Puppini Sisters are great on this soundtrack!
