Love these little books. Fit perfectly in my diabetic meter case and helps me keep track of glucose levels. I always make sure I have plenty of extras on hand as I don’t want to be without them!

I love these. I keep a big health journal of all my daily stuff, but this little booklet is great to list just the important stuff for my doctor. She can flip through and easily see my progress and if she has any questions, I can refer back to my big journal. I just wish they had more pages, since I usually see my doctor twice a year and I have to keep up with several of these between visits.

This product is my favorite for writing down glucose figures due to its layout. It's a bit overpriced like everything else nowadays.
