Not much to say about these. I tested against a known thermometer and it is +- a couple of degrees. That is close enough and within the given specs. It was a bonus that the package included two!

Bought this to replace a very old thermometer I used for roasts and turkeys. I'm hoping it works just as well for fudge.

The thermometer works well every time, and makes grilling meats to perfection. Love it.

not that fast
I bought this to check the temperature of a food dehydrator. But I find it takes forever to get a temperature. If I place it in the stream of the hot air, it slowly gains and its just not instant. Its also hard to read and the light doesn't stay on the whole time. I wasn't expecting a lot for the price I paid. I don't recall this being that expensive. Its a "good enough" device. Since it wont' be used that often.
