$20 Call to Japan and Other Countries! Rechargeable International Calling Card No Hidden Fees

Several weeks ago, I used this card (purchase in Dec. 2017) to call china and found it was expired with remaining $13.xx credit. I call their 1-888 number in night time, and I was told if I purchase a new card, they will combine the two cards together and this combined calling card will never be expired. So, I purchase a new calling card and ask them to combine both old and new account. Last week, I used this combined card to call China and it had connection problem. So, I called again for help, the connection problem was solved. Up to then, I had pretty good impression about BPO telecom service. Yesterday I used this card again shortly after 4pm pacific time. Again connection problem, so I call the same number for support. This time I received message that it was out of BPO's business hour. I was confused with mixed message, BPO support customer 24hours per day by the lady who picked my call 9pm pacific time. An hour again, I call BPO, the lady was on the phone could not answer my questions. When I ask if could talk to some one else, she said she was alone in her office. When I asked "Are you working from home?", then she said " Other people are busy". To make this review short, I want to say:1. It was not easy to make phone calls by using this calling card.2. Customer support is inconsistent.3. The per minute rate is extremely low according to their list, however, you really can not spent your money invested to the BPO card.

Customers! Do not trust this BPO Telecom. I ordered 2 calling cards. Then BPO mailed each card separately in 2 envelopes. I do not know the reason for this. But I found in one envelope there was a PIN number with instruction card attached. In the other envelope, there was no PIN number portion. Just instruction card only. PIN number card and instruction card are attached by the perforation. So it should not be detached unless someone has torn up the PIN portion. I think this is a kind of theft crime. So, after writing this comments, I am going to report to Chicago's Better Business Bureau (they can inter communicate with BBB in KY) an others. Most of the Japanese in the US do not know how to appeal or claim. Therefore there should be more Japanese victims in this country. I can not forgive BPO Telecom.

Every 2 to 3 minutes my call is disconnected, every time guaranteed. It's as if someone is monitoring the call who disconnects it, maybe because of keywords? Im finally minus 6 from 20, down to a painful 14 dollars=(mins); I was determined to get my money's worth but I can't take it anymore. I've wasted time, energy and money. I will not continue to empower a company/seller that caused frastration and left me with a sense of being a victim. IT'S BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND PARTIES INVOLVED, THANK YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS LESS THAN NOTHING!!
