Second time buying this ítem. The Item came defective. It did not bring the correct set of screws. And I was not able to install it.The return window expired and I was not able to received what I purchase for and need it to buy it outside Amazon.

You may take your seat
Totally impressed. I’ve struggled looking for a reasonably priced toilet seat for our EAGO toilet. This reasonably priced replacement seat fit perfect and has a nice comfy feel to it.

D shape soft close toilet seat replacement
The quality is good, it looks and feels identical to our original Villeroy & Boch toilet seat. And it is exactly the same size too. But somehow, the holes for the mount on our toilet does not quite line up with this replacement is so it is a few mm short but still works out fine. It is easier to take out to clean than our original toilet seating, so, it is an added bonus.It was relatively easy to install and instruction is easy to follow too, I did not hear my husband complaining.

Missing mounting hardware
the mounting hardware was missing in the box, but did not open the box until 60 days after purchase. return window was closed by then. would not fit the mounting from the wseat that was removed, even though it was the same brand. Had to buy mounting hardware with small diameter pins for $10. I wouldn't;t doubt if I received a returned item.
