Salazon Organic Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt & Black Pepper certainly invokes some raised eyebrows upon first glance, but this bar is developing a cult following. The organic black pepper from India brings out flavors in the dark chocolate that the salt cannot on its own. Somehow the flavors fit together and complement each other perfectly; it just works!
