Q: Has anyone tried pour painting on them?

You need to seal them first. Or coat them in something so they are "waterproof". Because pour painting stays wet for so long, it's going to warp the wood. Especially with wood this thin.

Q: How well do they hold up after painting? I want to buy these & paint with them with possibly acrylic paint. Will these hold up right?

Not great.. they are very thin. After 1 coat of acrylic paint they started warping

Q: Is it usable on both sides for a reversible sign?

Yes! It is useable however they are very thin so just know that
