Good and self
I’ve been into essential oils and herbs and then I fell into tease and it makes sense to me that if you want the benefit of the herb tea just makes better sense than oil or anything else. I did my research and found out that this is really good for inflammation which I have a lot. Definitely could feel the difference the next day the inflammation was still there, but it was way less a lot less pain overall I’m very satisfying and I’m gonna buy again right now. I will keep this tea on hand for the rest of my life probably

Tasty and effective
I really like this light, tasty tea. Stinging nettle is known for helping with allergies. I drink it myself, but I also give an ounce or two to my dog to clear up minor allergy issues.

Fast allergy relief
I have had seasonal allergies for several years, and tried numerous OTC allergy medications, but nothing has worked as quickly and as well as Nettle tea. In addition, it is useful as an anti-diabetic, and heart healthy tea. As a negative, it tastes grassy, so I always use 1 teaspoon of honey in a cup of tea.

Hayfever? Allergies? Buy it!
I've suffered from hayfever and tree/grass allergies all of my life. Pharmaceutical drugs worked but left me feeling drugged and drowzy. I tried nettle capsules, which worked but I found myself having to pee 7 times in one hour (not exaggerating). The tea tastes a little like grass and smells a little weird at first but works amazing with no side effects!

Love this tea
This tea is wonderful. I have had stomach issues, including acid reflux. I started reading about how "bad" bacteria can build up in the gut, and cause major health problems, and I wondered if that might be part of my problem since I seem to eat all the foods that support this type of bacteria. I drink tea every day, so I decided to add this tea to my rotation, and for the first time in YEARS, I don't have acid reflux problems. I think it's helping.Obviously we need to talk to our doctors, but this worked for me, and I am going to everything I can to avoid those acid reflux drugs.

allergies or sinus congestion
bought this to ease my lovers allergies and my sinus congestion - very efficient for the first half hour upon drinking but not a long term fix

Very Pleased!
While I do not like the taste, I can tell this tea works because I have lost several pounds of water weight in just a few days. I drink it with peppermint and just a smidge of sugar (yes, sugar) and it tastes great. I tried it without and just couldn't do it. Also, I tend to get busy and forget to drink enough water. This tea makes me thirsty so I love that! I am detoxing for the very first time and was feeling very sick and actually had to take a break. This tea has helped flush the toxins out with the fluid so I feel much better and have continued to feel better once restarting the detox. I plan to continue to use this tea daily.

Nettle Leaf Tea by Traditional Medicinals
I read that Nettle Leaf tea gave people relief from excess phlegm in their lungs, so I ordered this stuff, Traditional Medicinals, Nettle Leaf tea. Whoola, in just a couple days the phlegm in my lungs started drying up. I can't say this would happen for everybody, but for my body chemistry, I found something homeopathic that really works for me! I still have a cough, but it is minimal as long as I "drink my tea".Other reviews tried to describe what this stuff tastes like. First, I am not a tea drinker, but with a tiny amount of sugar, I can drink a cup of this stuff in trade to breath easier. Relief! All my life I get seasonal allergies, starting about August and I couldn't seem to shake the nasal drip even taking allergy tablets which eventually worked it's way into a cold by November. Naturally, I had to cough trying to dislodge the excess phlegm in my lungs which eventually went into a dry cough. This would go on until about January and if I coughed enough, I could get it to go away about February.
